ΓòÉΓòÉΓòÉ 1. Overview ΓòÉΓòÉΓòÉ
Your success in Manta Ghiis depends mostly on strategy, but also on luck.
Your objective is to place all the given tiles on the board according to their
matching attributes. Initially you are given some tiles on the board. You must
place the remaining tiles in the order they are presented to you. If you place
all the tiles on the board, you win.

ΓòÉΓòÉΓòÉ 2. Playing the game ΓòÉΓòÉΓòÉ
o Place the current tile at a position next to any tile(s) that shares two of
its three attributes.
o If the current tile is a wild card-tile, you can place it next to any tile.
o Continue until you've placed all the tiles on the board, or until you can't
place any more tiles.
o You can select Hint from the Game menu if you don't find any matching
positions. However, you'll get 10 seconds penalty if you select this one.
ΓòÉΓòÉΓòÉ 3. Rules of the Game ΓòÉΓòÉΓòÉ
o You must place a new tile next to another tile.
o A tile must share at least two attributes with every of the adjacent tiles
(doesn't apply to wild card-tiles).
o You'll get 10 penalty seconds if you select Hint in the Game menu.
o You can only undo one step backwards. There is no penalty for selecting Undo.
ΓòÉΓòÉΓòÉ 4. Tile Sets ΓòÉΓòÉΓòÉ
o A tile set consists of regular tiles and wild card-tiles.
o A regular tile can be placed next to any other tile that shares two of its
three attributes.
o A wild card-tile can be placed next to any stone.
o The different tile sets don't affect the rules of the game in any way.
ΓòÉΓòÉΓòÉ 5. Attributes ΓòÉΓòÉΓòÉ
The normal tiles have 3 attributes.
For example:
o The foreground is black
o The background is green
o The symbol is a heart
or:
o The foreground is yellow
o The background is green
o It's 9 o'clock.
The wild card-tiles share no attributes with the other tiles.
ΓòÉΓòÉΓòÉ 6. Scoring ΓòÉΓòÉΓòÉ
The scoring in Manta Ghiis is simple. The faster you place all tiles, the
better score.
You must place all tiles on the board to get a score.
ΓòÉΓòÉΓòÉ 7. Strategy and Hints ΓòÉΓòÉΓòÉ
o Find an easily recognizable attribute and group tiles around it.
o Watch the edges of a "cluster", and make sure that it will match with another
cluster in some other attribute so that you don't create "gaps" that can be
filled only with wild tiles.
o Try to place wild tiles at an edge of a cluster, so that you can create new
clusters from there.
